What to expect when you call KIDS PATHWAYS PEEL?

The Intake Call

When you call KIDS PATHWAYS PEEL, an Intake/ Information and Referral Specialist will listen to you and your concerns. To give you support and guidance, they will ask you questions like:

What services are you interested in accessing?

  • Where do you live?
  • Does your child have a diagnosis?
  • What services are you currently receiving?

They can give you information and make suggestions about services and/or supports available within your community.

If you need further support, the Intake/Information and Referral Specialist will talk with you so they can understand your child and family's strengths and needs.

  • They will complete the intake and forward your information to a Kids Pathways Peel service coordination partner agency.

What's Next

Once an intake has been completed, you will be contacted by a Kids Pathways Peel service coordination partner agency.

A Service Coordinator will work together with the family and other service providers to develop a Family Service Plan, help coordinate access to services and resources, assist with goals setting and planning and review/adjust the plan as needed. The frequency of service will be determined by the current needs of your child and family and the amount of involvement will vary based upon these needs.
